A friend of mine organized a photography contest as part of her internship at SCIDpda; the focus being Seattle's Little Saigon. It's already done and over with, but here are the photos I submitted... I didn't win anything though :(

Are those IR or B&W?
They're black & white with just a little split toning added in photoshop... yellow to the highlights and blue to the shadows.
